Reservation Cancellation, Late Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

ReserveSpaceNow.com is committed to providing fair and reliable booking experiences for both space hosts and users. The following policies outline the terms governing cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows for all reservations made through our platform.


1.Standard Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to timing and the type of space reserved. The following rules apply unless otherwise stated by the host in the space listing.

  • How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made directly through your ReserveSpaceNow.com dashboard.
  • Custom Host Rules: Hosts may define stricter or more flexible rules per listing, which will override this standard policy.

2. Late Cancellation Policy

A “late cancellation” refers to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation start time .

Policy Terms:

  • No refund is issued for late cancellations.
  • Users may:
    • Reschedule once with a 20% rebooking fee (if done at least 6 hours before the start).

Rescheduling Rules:

  • Must be requested through customer support or the reservation page.
  • Only one reschedule per booking is permitted.

3. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as failure to arrive within 60 minutes of the scheduled reservation time without prior notice to the host or platform .

Consequences:

  • No refund or credit is issued for no-shows.
  • The reserved space may be released or reassigned by the host after 60 minutes.

4. Host Cancellation Policy

We expect hosts to honor accepted bookings. However, in the event a host must cancel:

  • The guest will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Hosts who cancel more than 2 reservations within a 60-day period may be:
    • Demoted in search results.
    • Subject to review, warnings, or removal from the platform.

5. Communication & Reminders

  • Users will receive email and SMS reminders 24 and 2 hours before their reservation time.
  • You may notify the host via the platform messaging tool or call support if you anticipate running late.

6. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

ReserveSpaceNow reserves the right to offer refunds, credits, or overrides in case of:

  • Natural disasters
  • Power or utility outages
  • Personal emergencies (subject to documentation)
  • Public health restrictions or closures

7. Disputes and Appeals

If you believe a cancellation or no-show was wrongly applied:

  • You may file a support request within 48 hours of the event.
  • Disputes are resolved within 5–7 business days.
