Rules & Regulations
No Smoking or Vaping inside the space at any time. No loud music or disruptive noise – keep volume at a professional level. No unauthorized parties or events – space is for professional/business use only. Respect the time slot – additional time beyond your booking will incur extra charges. Leave the space clean and tidy – dispose of trash and reset chairs before leaving. Do not tamper with the smart TV or internet equipment. Only registered guests allowed – no walk-ins without prior notice. Parking is first come, first served – please do not block driveways or reserved spots. No pets allowed, except service animals. We reserve the right to deny access or cancel bookings for non-compliance with any of the above rules.
