Community Tech LLC – Space Rental Rules & Regulations
To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all users of our facility, Community Tech LLC requires all renters and their guests to adhere to the following rules and regulations:
1. Facility Access & Hours
Rental access is granted only during the agreed-upon dates and times listed in the rental agreement.
Early entry or late departure without prior approval will result in additional fees.
All guests must sign in at the front desk upon arrival.
2. Use of Space
Rooms must be used for the stated purpose only (e.g., training, meeting, workshop).
All areas must be left clean and orderly. Trash must be placed in designated receptacles.
Furniture may not be removed or reconfigured without prior approval.
3. Conduct
Respectful and professional behavior is required at all times.
Loud music, disruptive behavior, or offensive language is not permitted.
No loitering in hallways, stairwells, or restricted areas.
4. Equipment & Technology
Use of Community Tech equipment (projectors, computers, smart boards, etc.) must be arranged in advance.
Damage to equipment or unauthorized use may result in repair charges or forfeiture of security deposit.
5. Food & Beverage
Light refreshments are allowed in designated areas only.
All food waste must be disposed of properly.
Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
6. Safety & Security
Fire exits must remain unobstructed.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Any accident, injury, or suspicious activity must be reported immediately to staff.
7. Insurance & Liability
Renters are responsible for the conduct of all participants and any damage to the facility.
Community Tech LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
A certificate of liability insurance may be required for larger events.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
9. Compliance
Renters must comply with all local laws, ordinances, and building codes.
Community Tech LLC reserves the right to terminate rental agreements for violations of these rules.
