WORKSPACE RENTAL RULES & REGULATIONS 1. GENERAL RULES 1.1. The workspace is to be used for professional purposes only. No illegal activities are allowed on the premises. 1.2. Rental period is limited to the agreed-upon duration. Any extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges. 1.3. Respect the workspace and its facilities. Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged to the tenant. 1.4. Use of the workspace is strictly limited to the number of people agreed upon in the contract. Extra guests are not permitted unless prior approval has been given. 2. SAFETY AND SECURITY 2.1. The tenant is responsible for their own belongings. The owner will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 2.2. Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the workspace and surrounding areas. 2.3. Fire safety rules must be adhered to.
