WORKSPACE RENTAL RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Booking Policy: All workspace rentals must be booked and paid for in advance through our official channels. No informal or cash transactions will be entertained. 2. Business Hours: The workspace is available for rent during the designated business hours. Any usage beyond the stipulated hours must be requested and approved in advance and may incur additional charges. 3. Occupancy: The number of occupants per workspace is limited to the capacity indicated during booking. Exceeding the stated capacity is strictly prohibited. 4. Noise Levels: Tenants must maintain an acceptable noise level at all times to ensure a conducive working environment for all. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. 5. Internet Use: Free Wi-Fi is provided for light internet activities such as web browsing and emailing. Heavy downloading, streaming, or uploading is not permitted. 6. Furniture and Equipment: All furniture and equipment provided in the workspace must be handled with care. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse will be charged to the tenant. 7.
