Keep Noise to a Minimum: Please be respectful of neighboring spaces and keep noise levels down. Clean Up After Use: Kindly leave the space in the same condition you found it. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the space. No Illegal Activities: Any illegal or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the booking. Use Equipment Responsibly: Any damage to the TV, laptop, or other facilities will be billed to the guest. Booking Time Includes Setup and Cleanup: Be sure to include setup and teardown time within your booking hours. No Food Outside Provided Snacks: Outside food is not allowed unless previously approved. Respect Booking Hours: Extra time will result in additional charges.
