Rules & Regulations

House Rules – The Haven on 4th** 1. **Booking Time Includes Setup and Cleanup** * Please ensure your booking covers the full time needed for setup and breakdown. Overtime will be charged accordingly. 2. **No Smoking Indoors** * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. 3. **No Open Flames** * Open flames such as candles, sterno burners, or incense are not allowed unless pre-approved. 4. **Outside Catering Allowed** * You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Alcohol is permitted for private events but must not be sold without a proper license. 5. **Respect Capacity Limits** * Maximum capacity is 100 people (auditorium style) or 60 people (seated with tables). Overcrowding is not allowed. 6. **No Loitering After Event** * Guests must leave promptly at the end of the reserved time. No congregating outside the venue after hours. 7. **Keep It Clean** * Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it. Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins. 8. **No Nails or Tapes on Walls** * Do not use nails, screws, or any adhesives on walls or ceilings. Use removable hooks or stands for decorations. 9. **Venue Attendant Available (if requested)** * An on-site attendant can be available during your event for assistance at an additional cost. 10. **Damages Will Be Charged** * You are responsible for any damages caused during your event. A security deposit may be held until inspection is complete.
